We care for older adults beginning to need some help around the house, seniors who want to continue living at home, individuals with disabilities, and medically fragile children. We are currently looking for a compassionate, motivated, and energetic RN to provide one-on-one, direct patient care for our Medically Complex Cases. Responsibilities: Maintain comprehensive client files by documenting all client encounters.
