Responsibilities
- Assist with framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry to ensure precise and quality finishes.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment safely and efficiently across various projects.
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Perform concrete forming, rebar installation, masonry work, and roofing tasks as needed.
- Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, siding, flooring, tile, and stucco while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
- Support restoration efforts including water damage remediation, mold removal, plastering, and general site cleanup.
- Conduct heavy lifting and physical tasks required for construction site setup and material handling while adhering to safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or related fields such as remodeling, manufacturing, or restoration industry experience.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and metal stud framing.
- Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., hammers, saws), power tools (e.g., drills, grinders), and specialized equipment like CNC machines.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively on active construction sites with diverse tasks.
- Knowledge of various trades including carpentry (trim, frame), masonry, plumbing, electrical work, roofing, siding, plastering, tile laying, and fixture installation.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely.
