We are seeking a passionate, driven, and mission-focused Residential Coordinator to lead residential teams, support individuals with developmental disabilities, and help create homes where people are empowered to thrive, grow, and enjoy life on their own terms.

What You’ll Do
As a Residential Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned residential homes while leading, coaching, and developing Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to ensure exceptional care, compliance, and quality of life for the members we support.
You will serve as a leader, mentor, problem solver, advocate, and culture builder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise residential staff across assigned homes
- Ensure the health, safety, dignity, and well-being of members at all times
- Maintain compliance with all DES/DDD, Article 9, and New Horizons policies and procedures
- Conduct staff coaching, training, scheduling, performance management, and corrective action
- Ensure medication administration compliance and oversight
- Review and approve timecards, attendance documentation, and scheduling needs
- Oversee PCSP, BTP, documentation, incident reporting, and member-centered programming
- Conduct home inspections, audits, and quality assurance checks
- Respond to emergencies, staffing needs, and operational concerns as needed
- Foster a positive, accountable, mission-driven culture within your team
- Communicate professionally and effectively with leadership, guardians, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support and model New Horizons values, professionalism, and leadership expectations daily

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in residential services, healthcare, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of DDD regulations, Article 9, medication administration, and residential operations preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass all required background checks and clearances
Salary : $50,000 - $58,000
