Job Description: Under general supervision, the candidate will care for residents in a group home environment, and will teach daily living skills, while ensuring meals are prepared. The candidate will regulate, document, and report resident behavior/progress on an ongoing basis. The candidate will also maintain a clean, healthy and safe environment. The candidate will ensure medication compliance with individuals. Duties may also include bathing, and ambulation. Must be available to work 1st, 2nd, and/or 3rd shifts.
Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma / GED. Experience in working with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases. Must have a valid driver's license, insured vehicle available for work, as well as a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with individuals with mental disabilities and/or addictive diseases.
