The Inventory Parts Support is responsible for helping to maintain the parts room, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting maintenance operations organization and labeling of parts and materials.

Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $22.39/hour (BOE)
- This role is part time and will work no more than 32 hours weekly.
- Day Shift Hours – confirm schedule and formal hours during interview
- 90-day role
The Inventory Parts Support is responsible for helping to maintain the parts room, ensuring accurate inventory, and supporting maintenance operations organization and labeling of parts and materials.
Essential Job Functions
- Maintain the standard/OEM parts room
- Conduct daily inventory checks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts room and stocked items
- Engage with operations to learn the functionality of the parts associated with our production line
- Ability to read and interpret OEM mechanical prints to identify parts and part numbers.
- Training will be included to master this process
- Experience with inventory
- Prior experience in MRO, purchasing, or parts management in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills for working with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership over inventory and the crib area.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry (Preferred but not required)
- Other duties as assigned
