- Support licensed counselors in conducting patient intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations using medical terminology and ICD coding standards (ICD-9, ICD-10)
- Assist in delivering individual and group counseling sessions utilizing therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing
- Participate in crisis intervention and crisis management activities to ensure patient safety and well-being
- Help with documentation of medical records, HIPAA-compliant notes, and treatment plans within electronic health record systems
- Contribute to data collection efforts for research purposes, including tracking progress with CPT coding and ICD coding for accurate reporting
- Engage in case management activities, including patient care planning, follow-up assessments, and community resource coordination
- Support the implementation of behavioral health strategies such as applied behavior analysis (ABA) and behavior management techniques
Pay: $33,820.00 - $37,440.00 per year
