Part Time Community Manager
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to coorporate property management office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet, assist, and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Perform background checks on potential tenants
-Complete tenant lease documents
-Collect rent/deposits
-Perform lot inspections
- Contact person for tenants and area property manager; community issues
-Collection/eviction procedures
-Prepare bank deposits
-Prepare work orders
-1 year minimum experience in property management required
