Qualifications {#qualifications testid="typography"}
The Compliance Manager Healthcare oversees the development and
implementation of the Horizon Health Wellness Corporate Compliance Plan
and Risk Management Program. Manages regulatory compliance for facility
accreditation and licensure and directs risk management and facilities
safety to ensure organizational compliance with all federal state, and
accreditation requirements.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelors degree with four (4) years relevant experience in
healthcare field preferred (a combination of education and work
experience may be considered)
- Minimum of 2 years\' supervisory or leadership experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older
- Possess a valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
including but not limited to no serious traffic violations (ie.
Reckless Driving; at fault accident; felony speeding/20 mph or over)
or greater than 2 traffic violations in prior 39 months and reliable
transportation.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with other
agency staff.
- Computer proficient to include MS project, web browser/internet
search, MS Outlook, MS Office to include Advanced Excel skills and
the ability to produce presentation-ready slides in PowerPoint.
Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and
systems.
- Detailed understanding of government requirements and expectations
for health care compliance programs including, but not limited to,
experience with anti-kickback, false claims, government contracting,
data privacy; understanding of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid
Services
- Familiarity with state and federal licensure laws, Medicare &
Medicaid programs
- Knowledge of Joint Commission standards and survey processes.
- Understanding of risk management principles and OSHA requirements.
- Advanced Knowledge of cultural diversity and sensitivity

**Preferred Qualifications**
Masters degree in healthcare administration or related field.Bilingual
English/SpanishCertificate in health care compliance (CHC, CCEP, or
similar)
