Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of the duct work (Rough In) in the residential industry. . We do not provide emergency services so weekend work is limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Assemble, fit, seal, and install HVAC ductwork (sheet metal, flex, duct board) in residential new construction.
- Planning: Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and design plans to determine material needs and layout.
- Fabrication: Measure, cut, bend, and fabricate duct sections and fittings using shears, brakes, and other tools.
- System Sealing & Insulation: Apply sealants and insulation to ducts for optimal airflow and energy efficiency.
- Quality Control: Inspect work for conformance to plans, codes, and industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other trades.
- Site Management: Set up tools, manage materials, and maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: Previous experience in HVAC installation or sheet metal work is often preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools, understanding of HVAC principles, blueprint reading.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, mechanical aptitude.
- Safety: Strict adherence to OSHA and company safety regulations.
Work Environment:
- Setting: Active construction sites in various weather conditions.
- Hours: Typically standard daytime hours, with potential for overtime on tight schedules.
