Job Summary
New Horizon Ent., LLC is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. We are hiring construction laborers and experienced crew leaders. Whether you're experienced or eager to learn, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to be part of a team.
Our work includes a variety of construction projects, so no two days are exactly the same.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited too:
- Perform general construction and labor tasks
- Assist with building, remodeling and other construction projects
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Load, unload and organize materials
- Keep job site clean and safe
- Follow directions and work efficiently as part of a crew
- Crew leaders will supervise projects and coordinate with team members
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license required
- Dependable transportation
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather
- Ability to travel for some projects, including occasional overnight stays
- Construction experience is a plus but not required for laborers. we are willing to train the right person
Schedule:
- Hours vary depending on our project schedule
- The harder you work and the more dependable you are, the more hours you'll recieve
- Overtime opportunities may be available during busy periods
- No weekends
- No major holidays
