New Horizon Community Care (NHCC) is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our EmploymentLife Skills Program (SPARK Program). NHCC provides outpatient services across the Valley, including locations in Chandler, Tempe, Glendale, Phoenix, and Casa Grande.

Established in 2001, NHCC has developed a programming structure that challenges, encourages, and empowers clients to enhance their self-esteem and modify their behaviors in order to become productive community members. Clients participate in activities, groups, and life lessons that help them assess their internal strengths, capabilities and improve decision-making skills.

Must Haves:

• Must meet the minimum state licensing requirement for Behavioral Health Technicians or Para Professionals
  • Candidates must be at least 21 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with at-risk or behavioral health care with youth, teens, or adults
  • Valid AZ Driver's License with no restrictions

Salary:

• $23.00 - $27.00 per hour based on education and experience in the behavioral health field
