Revenue Assurance Analyst

NHC is headquartered in Concord, MA, with additional offices in Fairport, NY and Ft Myers, FL. NHC is growing steadily, including expanding into Canada.
We have experienced impressive growth and are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Analyst to support our business operations. This role is in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where multitasking and accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Audit carrier invoices for accuracy and timely receipt.
- Resolve, reconcile, dispute, and bill charges on carrier invoices when applicable.
- Set up and maintain third-party portals.
- Ensure carriers are entered in BDA and coded to the correct GL account.
- Collaborate with internal Operations Team to complete orders for accurate billing.
- Assist with data collection for reports and perform miscellaneous project work as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years in a professional work environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with third-party portals is a plus.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- BA/BS degree preferred.
