What You'll Do:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll become the go-to expert for nationally recognized brands inside trusted retail environments. You’ll begin your day with team collaboration and strategy sessions at our office, followed by engaging with shoppers at your assigned local retail location.
Responsibilities Include:
- Engaging customers with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm
- Communicating product benefits in a relatable and educational way
- Answering questions and overcoming objections to finalize in-store sales
- Tracking customer interactions and maintaining detailed sales reporting
- Upholding professional standards aligned with brand and campaign guidelines
- Participating in team-building, skills training, and coaching sessions
- Working closely with leadership to improve overall campaign effectiveness

Products You'll Promote:
You’ll represent top-tier brands offering everything from daily essentials to exclusive services. Full training will be provided to ensure you’re prepared to educate customers and close sales confidently.
- Represent our client partners (e.g., AT&T, Inspire Energy, Nest) through face-to-face sales presentations.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday through Friday availability required
- weekend/holiday shifts based on campaign needs
