Duties
- Assess and diagnose acute mental health illnesses
- Create and maintain required documentation
- Prescribe medications
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations on patients
- Provide counseling and education to patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Other duties to be determined
Qualifications
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Advance Practice Nurse license in [Georgia]
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation, medication administration, suturing, and other relevant clinical skills
- Experience working with mental health and/or substance use patients
- Experience prescribing psychotropic medications
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction
- Knowledge of airway management techniques and emergency procedures
- Experience in discharge planning and coordination of care

Pay: $65.00 - $85.00 per hour
