Overnight Residential Nurse (LPN)
Location: Carroll, Iowa
Schedule: Overnight shifts

As our Overnight LPN, you’ll be the calm, caring presence that keeps everything running smoothly while the world sleeps. You’ll help ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for with compassion, professionalism, and respect — because at New Hope, we believe in enriching lives, day and night.
What You’ll Do

Be a champion of New Hope’s mission: Enriching Lives

Provide direct nursing care as needed

Stay on-call during overnight hours

Keep everything in line with policies, procedures, and regulations

Work closely with residents, supporting their unique health and wellness needs

Lend a helping hand — lift and transfer individuals (with assistance), and keep things moving by pushing wheelchairs or med carts
What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:
-
High School Diploma
- Completion of State Approved Practical Nursing Program

License & Certifications:
-
Unencumbered LPN license in Iowa
-
Valid driver’s license and chauffeur’s license (D3) with a good driving record

Ability to complete the Safety Care Training Course
