What are the responsibilities and job description for the Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) position at NEW HOPE VILLAGE INC?
The QIDP is an Integral member of the leadership team for New Hope's Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities, (ICF/ID). The QIDP coordinates the service design and support for approximately 18 adults with intellectual or other Developmental Disabilities. The QIDP is responsible for the coordination of each person's total plan, within assigned caseloads, acts as the person's advocate, and as liaison for the facility and person with the family and external funding agencies.
