New Hope-Solebury Upper Elementary School is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic 4th Grade Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages student growth and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum to meet the needs of all students.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and development.
- Use a variety of instructional strategies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues, including special education staff, to support student success.
- Implement IEPs, 504s, and GIEPs as necessary.
- Uphold and implement classroom behavior expectations and district policies.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff, including being available for meetings as needed.
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- PA Certification in Elementary Education
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

- Regular and consistent attendance.
- Willingness to take on additional duties as assigned.
