- Lead development of manuals, SOPs, and toolkits to ensure standardized, high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Master's degree in related field; licensure preferred
Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Juvenile Justice, behavioral health, or a related human services field, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or program management role.
