What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housing Program Department Head position at New Hope Ministries Inc?
New Hope Ministries, a Christian social service agency in south central Pennsylvania is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable individual to serve as the department head of our Housing Program team. The ideal candidate will will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, and have a desire to share the love of Christ by helping our neighbors in times of need. Extensive experience working with homeless populations or those nearing homelessness is a must. Understanding of the Eastern CoC and the HMIS system is necessary. The right candidate will be comfortable in building relationships with local landlords, have a very high level of attention to detail, excellent recordkeeping abilities, and have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Language proficiency in Spanish or Arabic as well as English would be a great asset.
Salary : $60,000
