New Hope Ministries, a Christian social service agency seeks a dedicated inividual to serve as our Facilities Manager. This person will be responsible for the daily oversight of the physical assets of our multi-site facilities, equipment and fleet in the organization. The ideal applicant will have a strong background in property management and/or maintenance and repair, fiscal stewardship, project management, and must be able to pass the Department of Transportation physical requirements. Strong computer skills, including an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel, critical thinking skills, and communication skills are required. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn business management skills to back up the organization's business manager functions in short-term absences are preferred.
