- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and auditing
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements
- Effective financial risk management skills
- Prior experience in implementing and maintaining internal controls
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
