Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals to join our dynamic food service team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional resident experiences by providing attentive and personalized service to all of our residents and their families. The ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
New Hope is located in Avalon, PA, just outside of Pittsburgh.
Job Requirements include:
Providing friendly, compassionate service to all residents
Serve meals and take orders
Assisting Kitchen staff in ensuring the accuracy of meals
Set tables and restock supplies
Maintain cleanliness of the dining room
Collaborate and working well with others
At times, assist with washing dishes and light food prep work
