💼 What You’ll Do
- Guide buyers through the entire new home sales process
- Convert traffic into contracts and contracts into closings
- Build local relationships and drive community traffic
- Manage leads and pipeline through CRM tools
- Partner with builders to strategically grow the community
- 2 years of sales, customer-facing, or real estate experience
- Proven track record of performance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with CRM and tech platforms (AI tools a plus)
- Willing to work onsite, including weekends
- Ability to obtain a real estate license during training
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
