C&E Wurzer Builders | Base Commission | Total Earning Potential $65,000-$90,000

partnership with C&E Wurzer Builders, is hiring a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Consultant
to guide buyers through one of the most meaningful purchases of their lives, right here in the
greater Eau Claire area.
This role is a great fit if you have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, real estate, or
another relationship-focused field and are ready to grow that experience into a rewarding career
in new home sales.
What You'll Do
• Guide buyers through the full homebuying journey - from first inquiry through closing and
post-close follow-up
• Build genuine, lasting relationships with buyers through proactive communication and
consistent follow-through
• Respond promptly to leads and keep momentum moving throughout the sales process
• Maintain your pipeline and customer communication in HubSpot CRM
• Keep your model home clean, welcoming, and professionally presented
• Manage listings across MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and related platforms
• Take part in ongoing training and coaching to keep growing your sales and industry
knowledge
Compensation & Schedule
• Base salary starting at $50,000, shifting to a draw plus commission structure after 6
months
• Total compensation potential of $65,000-$90,000 based on individual performance and
sales results
• Full-time, W-2 role with a comprehensive benefits package
• Schedule: Wednesday-Sunday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM (Mondays and Tuesdays off), with
open model hours from 12:00-5:00 PM
• Onsite position based in a C&E Wurzer Builders model home in your assigned Eau
Claire-area community
What You'll Need
• 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, real estate, or another
relationship-focused field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport and
provide genuine care
• A positive, coachable, team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow professionally
• Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other online sales tools
• Self-motivation with strong follow-up and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• An active real estate license, or willingness to obtain one within your first 2-3 months
