Development Representative to support Simplicity Homes in the Inland Northwest and South Washington Region. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-growth team and make a meaningful contribution to a builder

As a Business Development Representative, you will partner closely with the Business Development Manager and Sales Team to develop and strengthen relationships with both new
prospects and existing customers. This role supports the business development pipeline by
assisting with investor and developer relationships, helping ensure Simplicity Homes is the
preferred builder for current and future projects. You’ll collaborate with marketing, help launch
campaigns and events, and support sales efforts that fuel continued growth.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Sales & Lead Support: Partner closely with the Business Development Manager to advance the sales process by supporting investor lead-generation strategies, preparing quotes, drafting contracts, and providing the information and tools needed for success. Host and attend networking events, trade shows, builder workshops, and design meetings while collaborating with Marketing and internal teams to execute outreach and support prospective clients.
- Client Engagement: Host design meetings and guide clients through material and color selections. Maintain the regional pipeline through proactive follow-up, tracking project progress, and managing estimated sales dates and milestones for reporting purposes.
- Marketing & Presentation: Create and maintain sales aids, marketing materials, quotes, and supporting documents for internal teams and prospective clients to drive presentations, proposals, and new sales orders.
- Community & Project Coordination: Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and support center departments to launch new communities, ensuring alignment across all internal teams and clear downstream paths. Maintain accurate information and specifications for communities in construction, updating the appropriate departments as needed. Collaborate closely with clients and their marketing teams to confirm their needs are met and ensure they have what they need from Simplicity Homes to successfully market, sell, or lease new homes upon completion.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
- Experience: Residential construction, development, land acquisition, or home building
