We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable receptionist to join our eye care team. This person plays an important role in providing exceptional customer service while helping our office run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Verify patient information and insurance
- Check patients in and out
- Collect payments and process transactions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with general office tasks and support the clinical team
- Help create an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
