New Holland Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
As the first person many of our clients meet, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for pets and their families. We're looking for someone who is professional, organized, comfortable in a busy environment, and genuinely enjoys working with both people and animals.
What You'll Do
- Greet clients and their pets with a friendly, welcoming attitude
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Check clients in and out
- Assist clients with questions and general information
- Process payments and assist with invoices
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Communicate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other team members
- Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting
- Provide excellent customer service, even during busy or challenging situations
- Assist with other front-desk and administrative duties as needed

Schedule & Pay
- Full-time position
- Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
- Schedule will include evenings/nights and Saturdays
- Reliable attendance and scheduling flexibility are required
