Marketing Assistant

Position Summary

The Marketing Assistant will work directly under the Marketing Director to coordinate and implement marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and support sales goals across eight dealerships. This role involves a blend of creative, analytical, and organizational skills and requires strong attention to detail, communication, and a passion for automotive marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media pages for each dealership (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Assist the Marketing Director in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns for all dealership locations.
• Coordinate with dealership management teams to gather promotional information, event details, and inventory updates.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, including digital, print, radio, and in-store materials.
• Support the creation and distribution of marketing collateral (flyers, signage, social graphics, digital ads, etc.).
• Assist with website updates and online inventory promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (Google Analytics, social insights, email performance) and prepare reports for the Marketing Director.
• Coordinate online reputation management, including responding to reviews and monitoring brand sentiment.
• Help plan and execute dealership events, community sponsorships, and customer appreciation activities.
• Assist with internal communications to ensure dealership teams are informed about ongoing marketing efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or communications (automotive experience a plus).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and analytics tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva/Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management platforms.
• Graphic Design skills a plus.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and detail-driven.
