Automotive Sales Manager
New Holland Auto Group is growing - and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our leadership team!
Representing some of the industry's top brands including Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Toyota, we are searching for a motivated leader who knows how to drive results, inspire a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team
- Desk deals and help maximize dealership profitability
- Monitor and improve sales performance and processes
- Work closely with inventory management and merchandising
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process
- Assist with training and coaching sales consultants
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and team members
- Help achieve monthly and annual sales objectives
Requirements:
- Previous automotive sales management experience required
- Ford and/or CDJR (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to drive sales performance and team success
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
