Position Details

Position: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Contract

Location: In-person in Topeka, KS

Patient Population: Birth–21 years

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy.
  • Support children with communication, articulation, language, fluency, voice, social communication, and other speech-language disorders.
  • Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, families, physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Educate caregivers to promote continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Stay current with evidence-based practices and advancements in pediatric speech-language pathology.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current Kansas Speech-Language Pathology License (or ability to obtain)
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but we welcome therapists who are passionate about working with children
