What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chiropractic Assistant position at New Heights Chiropractic & Wellness Clinic, PC?
Are you energetic, organized and passionate about helping others? We're looking for a friendly, dependable and detail-oriented back office assistant to help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Some of your duties will include: patient intake and rooming, handling phone calls, scheduling patients, patient/doctor coordination, multi-tasking, cleaning and sanitizing, chart note assistance, pre-authorizations, assisting with exams and performing physiotherapy (electric stimulation, ultrasound, laser, hot/cold packs, etc). You will be required to get your Certified Chiropractic Assistant license ($175), but we will provide paid on-the-job training for the required certification.
