Location: 2172 E 7200 S Spanish Fork, Utah 84660Hourly Pay: $24.00 - $39.00 per hour (DOE & License)
Part Time Shift:
- Mon | 4pm-10pm

Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive nursing care, including routine health needs and medical emergencies.
- Administer and document medications accurately, including controlled substances.
- Conduct timely health assessments and monitor vital signs, weight, mood, and behavior
- Coordinate lab work and accompany residents to medical appointments
- Communicate relevant medical information to parents, the Nursing Director, and Treatment Team
- Collaborate with therapists and psychiatric providers to support treatment plans
- Participate in an oncall rotation ensuring 24/7 medical support
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate clinical documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 21 years of age
- Active LPN or RN license in the State of Utah
- Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Proficiency in medical terminology, clinical charting, and medication administration
- Skilled in physical health assessments and standard nursing tools
- Comfortable with word processing software and basic network navigation
- Willingness to receive professional feedback and participate in ongoing training
- CAQH profile and NPI number required for credentialin
