Job Summary
This position supports students in a hybrid independent study model that includes both online and in-person instruction. Teachers manage a caseload of students, monitor academic progress, maintain required documentation, and provide ongoing support to ensure student success. Responsibilities include facilitating online learning, delivering targeted instruction, using data to guide and support intervention, and collaborating with staff to promote strong student outcomes and a positive learning environment. Applicants should have experience in the grade level they are applying for and demonstrate the ability to differentiate instruction to support core content learning across a range of student needs.
