Responsibilities
- Lead and Inspire: Direct and manage mentors and supervisors in your house, fostering a supportive and effective team.
- Recognize Excellence: Reward employees for exceptional work and delegate responsibilities to keep the team running smoothly.
- Hire and Train: Collaborate with HR to hire the best talent, provide thorough orientation for new hires, and offer ongoing training.
- Evaluate and Support: Conduct regular evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and discipline staff as needed.
- Participate and Communicate: Join weekly treatment team meetings, conduct safety drills, manage budgets, and ensure your house is clean and welcoming.
- Connect with Families: Keep parents updated on their child's progress, needs, and expectations through frequent communication.
- Implement Therapeutic Plans: Execute treatment team decisions to ensure the best therapeutic outcomes for our students.
- Prefer 2 years of experience in a residential treatment center or similar environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, not required.
- Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.
- Must pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build healthy relationships.
- Skilled in de-escalation, CPR, and First Aid.
- Able to model and teach positive values.
