- AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Tuesday / Thursday / Saturday
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Every Other Sunday (Required)
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Provide direct care and behavioral health support to adolescent residents
- Lead and participate in daily routines, group activities, and therapeutic programming
- Support the development of healthy coping skills, communication, and emotional regulation
- Assist with minor food preparation and model healthy lifestyle habits
- Maintain a safe, structured, trauma‑informed environment
- Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff to support individualized treatment plans
- Document daily progress notes and communicate key updates to leadership
- Use safe verbal de‑escalation and physical intervention skills when needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a Utah State background check
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 8 months
- Ability to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit before the first day of work
