This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lehi, UT, for an Admissions Counselor. The Admissions Counselor will support families in navigating the admissions process, conduct initial consultations, respond to inquiries, and provide clear information about New Haven’s programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining professionalism with families, collaborating with the treatment team to assess admissions suitability, and facilitating a compassionate, supportive environment as families make critical decisions regarding care.
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Exceptional Customer Service and Sales aptitude
- Experience or knowledge in the Education and/or mental health field
- Ability to connect with diverse groups and exhibit empathy and professionalism
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Prior experience in admissions or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Education, or Social Work preferred
