Duties
- Perform storefront window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods and modern cleaning techniques to achieve streak-free results.
- Operate pressure washers and scissor lifts safely for high-rise and skylight window cleaning projects.
- Utilize rope access techniques and ladders to access hard-to-reach windows on tall buildings while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct interior and exterior window cleaning for residential, commercial, and storefront properties, ensuring thorough coverage.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as harnesses, gloves, goggles, and helmets to maintain safety standards during all tasks.
- Clean skylights, glass facades, and other specialty surfaces with precision to enhance visual clarity.
- Assist with janitorial and custodial tasks when needed to support overall property cleanliness and maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in storefront window cleaning, residential window cleaning, or commercial cleaning environments.
- Ability to operate pressure washers, rope access systems, ladders, and scissor lifts safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with traditional squeegee window cleaning methods and skylight cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of high-rise building window cleaning procedures using appropriate safety equipment.
