Overview
We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Manager to spearhead our efforts in engaging corporations and securing sponsorships. This individual will play a key role in expanding our impact by connecting businesses with meaningful opportunities to support behavioral health initiatives while receiving brand visibility, employee engagement, and marketing benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship & Revenue Development
- Identify, research, and cultivate prospective corporate sponsors.
- Develop customized sponsorship packages that align corporate goals with our mission.
- Secure new sponsorship commitments and renew existing partnerships.
- Meet and exceed annual revenue targets for corporate sponsorships and partnerships.
Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with corporate leaders, marketing executives, and CSR departments.
- Act as the main point of contact for sponsors, ensuring they receive agreed benefits and recognition.
- Create opportunities for sponsors to engage with our programs, events, and clients.
Marketing & Branding Alignment
- Collaborate with internal communications/marketing teams to deliver sponsor recognition across digital, print, and event channels.
- Work with sponsors to ensure co-branded initiatives maximize visibility and value.
- Prepare sponsorship reports and presentations highlighting impact and ROI for partners.
Strategic Growth
- Stay informed on corporate social responsibility (CSR), cause marketing, and behavioral health industry trends.
- Recommend innovative ways to package and present sponsorship opportunities.
- Track data, measure outcomes, and regularly report progress to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field (Master’s a plus).
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, fundraising, or business development.
- Proven track record of securing corporate sponsorships or sales with measurable results.
- Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
