Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including moving materials and tools
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to workplace safety regulations
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools to support carpentry and framing
- Support installation of soffit, fascia, seamless gutters and overhead doors
- Maintain a clean work environment by removing debris and organizing materials regularly
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and proper use of hand tools and power tools
- Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and performing manual labor tasks
- Experience with heavy equipment operation
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
