St. Joseph Catholic School Board in New Hampton, Iowa, is seeking a faith-filled, motivated, professional educator to serve as the full-time principal. St. Joseph Catholic School serves Early Childhood through 8th grade with an enrollment of 116. The position will start July 1, 2026. The successful candidate will serve as a faith, administrative, and instructional leader. The candidate will have a parish-wide vision and collaborate closely with parish staff and programs while promoting positive communications between the parish and the New Hampton community. The candidate will supervise, observe, and evaluate staff and the instructional programs, maintain a positive school climate, manage school resources, and help oversee the budget. Responsibilities will also include other duties as assigned. The candidate must be a practicing Catholic with knowledge of Catholic teachings and also must hold valid Iowa Administrative Licensure. Previous administrative experience is preferred.
