**LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSES I-II**

Multiple positions and shifts

$31.11 - $51.02 hourly

Direct Care and Nursing Stipend up to $25/week

Additional Hourly Differentials

$4.00 - 2nd shift

$7.00 - 3rd shift

$2.00 - weekends

Proposed Schedules Include

2nd shift: 3:00pm - 11:30pm (8-hour shifts only)

3rd shift: 11:00pm - 7:00am (8-hour shifts only)

Every other weekend

Summary

**LPN I**

Performs nursing care to residents within an assigned work unit under the supervision/direction of a Registered Nurse. Acts in accordance with the objectives set forth by the nursing department guidelines.

**LPN II**

Performs certified level nursing care to residents within an assigned work unit under the supervision/direction of a Registered Nurse. May work in a charge nurse capacity and acts in accordance with the objectives set forth by the nursing department guidelines.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE COUNTS**

Each additional year of approved formal education may be substituted for one year of required work experience and/or each additional year of approved work experience may be substituted for one year of required formal education.

Minimum Qualifications

LPN I

• Education:** Completion of a recognized school of practical nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration.
• Experience:** No experience required other than that obtained through required training.
• License/Certification:** Must possess a current license as a practical nurse or temporary permit issued by the New Hampshire Board of Nursing Education and Nurse Registration pending the results of the licensing examination.
  
  

**LPN II**

• Education:** Completion of a recognized school of practical nursing approved by the State Board of Nursing Education and N
