- Build and support district administrators and staff to grow and form effective teams
- Recommend and implement district-wide goals, initiatives, and improvements
- Engage and build relationships with the community
- Collaborate with families, staff, community members, and the School Board
- Develop and manage an effective, transparent and responsible district budget
- Ensure compliance with state and federal requirements while advocating for and championing our students and staff
