Administrative Assistant – Investments
 NHRS seeks an Investments Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Investment Department under the direction of the Chief Investment Officer (CIO). This role assists with meeting coordination, document management, scheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of the Investment Office.

Key Responsibilities:
 • Coordinate departmental meetings, including scheduling, materials preparation, and logistics for the Independent Investment Committee (IIC) and Board of Trustees.
 • Provide administrative support for both Investments and Finance & Accounting functions, including correspondence, document collation, and handling inquiries.
 • Manage the preparation and distribution of IIC materials, public notices, minutes, and electronic mailings.
 • Maintain electronic filing systems and databases, including reports and records through the Canoe data management platform.
 • Support departmental communication and internal directives as assigned.

Qualifications:
 • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be substituted.
 • Minimum of three years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
 • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with general office equipment.
 • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and reliability.

 

Pay range: NHRS is hiring in the range of $35,000-$40,000/Annually (within overall  range of $35,000 – $53,000/Annually)

Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
