Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site X-ray Technician role located in Bedford, NH. The X-ray Technician will perform diagnostic radiographic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating orthopaedic conditions. Responsibilities include preparing patients for imaging, operating radiographic equipment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with other duties as assigned to support patient care.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Radiologic Technology and Radiology procedures
- Knowledge of and adherence to Radiation Safety standards
- Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Understanding of medical concepts and terminology, particularly in orthopaedic medicine
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to provide compassionate patient care and communicate effectively
- Experience in an orthopaedic or clinical setting preferred
- Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
