Summary
To monitor the establishment and maintenance of payment sources for the New Hampshire Liquor Commission including investigating issues and implementing solutions while implementing and following all NHLC rules and policies.

Responsibilities
Prepare, collect, analyze, upload, and reviews financial reports and NH Treasurys bank reports regarding a variety of accounts receivable to General Ledger. Research and resolve any variances.
Prepare and reconcile revenue funds to ensuring funds are posted to the correct revenue source.
Investigates licensee finance and payment related questions and develops and implements solutions and creates opportunities to educate these customers in the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission cash/credit management program.
Reviews and resolves store inquiries regarding daily store financials and customer payments.
Maintains the New Hampshire State Liquor Commission office petty cash and revolving fund. Including: (1) the preparation and disbursement of checks; (2) the accounting of proper general ledger account #; and (3) the preparation of necessary paperwork for petty cash replenishment. Reconciles monthly bank statement for the office revolving fund bank account.
Provides guidance and cross-functional support to NHLC Accounts Receivable staff.
Develops and maintains procedural documents for own position according to established guidelines and procedures.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required including but not limited to research, analysis and reconciliation. Assist in preparing Adhoc reports.
