Human Resources Manager (Healthcare / Home Care)

Overview
New Hampshire Home Care Providers is seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and support a growing healthcare team. This is a key leadership role responsible for hiring, compliance, and ensuring the organization remains audit-ready at all times.

Compensation
Starting at $57,600 annually, based on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Oversee and maintain accurate personnel files and documentation
• Supervise and train HR Coordinators and Medical Records staff
• Ensure the organization is consistently survey and audit ready
• Support compliance, including HIPAA standards
• Assist with audits, licensing surveys, and regulatory requirements
• Address and manage employee concerns and grievances
• Coordinate staff training and annual in-service planning
• Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on HR processes and improvements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Minimum 3 years of recent HR experience, preferably in healthcare or home care
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in computer systems, including Excel
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Must pass Criminal Background Check and BEAS Registry Check

Additional Information

• Reports directly to the Administrator
• No exposure to bloodborne pathogens (Category C)

This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Pay: From $57,836.57 per year
