What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Staff position at New Hampshire Hockey Club LLC?
Job Purpose:
Maintain facility to ensure safe and clean environment for all customers
Responsibilities:
- Welcome all customers with a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a safe, hazard free ice surface for users
- Operate the ice resurfacer in a safe and dependable manner
- Take timely and accurate readings on ice plant equipment
- Assist in regular ice maintenance including, but not limited to flooding, edging, and chipping
- Perform scheduled maintenance on ice resurfacer and edger as directed by the Operations Manager
- Maintenance and janitorial duties throughout the facility
- Arrive to work on time and in uniform
- Empty all trash receptacles
- Clean and maintain public restrooms, front entrance, locker rooms, hallways, seminar room, mezzanines, and other areas as requested
- Ensure parking lot is clear of all debris
- Set up/breakdown tables and chairs for special events
- Ensure all work performance is done in accordance with the Delta Dental Arena's policies and procedures
- Make sure building is locked at the end of the night and specified lights have been turned off
- Maintain opening and closing checklists every shift
- Follow schedule for shifts
- Any additional activities requested by management
Job Pay:
Pay is negotiable and based on experience
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
