The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the 2025 American League Champion the Toronto Blue Jays. As New Hampshire's only professional sports team, the organization serves as a community champion for the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire while delivering high-quality, family-friendly entertainment.
The Fisher Cats are seeking hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individuals who are motivated to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its fan-voted reputation as "Best Ballpark."
Position Summary:
We're seeking a dedicated and energetic Bat Boy/Girl to support our players and clubhouse operations during Fisher Cats home games. This hands-on role is essential to game day operations, providing critical support to players and coaching staff while maintaining equipment and facilities. As a representative of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, you'll be part of the team and contribute to our professional atmosphere both on and off the field.

This hands-on role is essential to game day operations, providing critical support to players and coaching staff while maintaining equipment and facilities. As a representative of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, you'll be part of the team and contribute to our professional atmosphere both on and off the field.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up dugout and bullpen before batting practice and all Fisher Cats home games
- Retrieve bats, balls, and other equipment during games
- Assist clubhouse manager with post-game cleanup of dugout and bullpen areas
- Support clubhouse operations after games, including cleaning cleats, vacuuming, and other duties as needed
- Arrive at Delta Dental Stadium at least 90 minutes before game time for preparation
- Remain at the stadium for at least 90 minutes after games conclude to complete responsibilities
- Commit to working all Fisher Cats home games
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Successfully pass a Background Investigation.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including working game nights, weekends, holidays, and special event nights as needed.
Physical/Environmental Requirements
- Work will require weekend and evening work.
- Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees.
- The employee is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit and must lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Tuesday to Sunday
- Weekends as needed
