Experienced Call Center Customer Service Representative
Mon- Fri: 11:30am-8:00pm with weekend rotation as needed.
This is an in-house position only. No remote work offered at this time.

Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:
- Taking customer orders via phone calls and live chat
- Resolving customer issues via phone calls and live chat
- Handling other department responsibilities as needed
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- 2 years professional call center experience
- Candidates must possess excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 50 WPM
- Polished written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Willing and able to work nights and weekends
- Friendly, fun to work with, & flexible
- A self-motivated, customer-focused, superstar team player
- Knowledge of cigars is HELPFUL but NOT required. WE WILL TRAIN!
