Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Perform soft tissue surgeries and other procedures confidently and efficiently.
- Work closely with other veterinarians to support a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, using AI tools to reduce documentation time.
- Guide and mentor veterinary technicians and assistants.
- Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive workplace culture.
